I am here to help you understand nutrition, how all foods can fit, and lead you to your healthiest, most freeing self when it comes to food choices, all while growing confident in your body and life! I help clients who are struggling to find balance with food choices grow confidence in their food choices, understanding nutrition facts and worth, and help reintroducing favorite foods in balanced meals.   • How long is the group coaching program?

    This program is 12 weeks (3 months long) with bi-weekly LIVE coaching calls, regular checkins between calls to support your journey, an exclusive messaging system, Eating for Balance workbook & modules, prompts and videos to help you create confidence with eating the foods you love and adding what you need to create the balance you are looking for!

  • When doesn't the program start?

    Hoping to get everyone in the door to start our group program the week of June 12th. The specific day and time is dependent on those who join the program!

  • Is there a payment plan?

    Yes, varying options for your budget. You can pay monthly for 2, 3, or 4 months or pay in full if able.
