    This program is 16 weeks (4 months long) with bi-weekly LIVE coaching calls, regular checkins between calls to support your journey, a private messaging system, Food Body Confidence Approach workbook & modules, prompts and videos to help you create confidence with both food and your body.

  • When doesn't the program start?
